Grand Theft Auto IV

As everyone knows, and I mean E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E, Grand Theft Auto IV was launched today. I haven't seen such huge ad campaign for a video game - not even Halo 3 had this much publicity. I saw ads on buses, huge poster on buildings and billboards. Even news channels and newspapers talked about it. Rockstar must be proud. I'm sure there are plenty of other sites (Kotaku, IGN, Gametrailers, 1UP, etc) have reviews and whatnot, so I'll leave that to those guys. Metal Gear Online - Part 01

Metal Gear Online BETA started on Friday and I'm betting half the PS3 owners were playing it on the first day. The game has two modes for online playing: Automatching and Freebattle. The Automatching has three lobbies: Snake, Liquid, and Raiden. On Friday, all three lobies were maxed out (999 people in each lobby). The other mode, Freebattle, has more lobbies (Otacon, Meryl, Eva, etc), but I didn't check how many people were in those. I played for five hours straight that day and surprisingly I came in either first or second. But I guess that's because BETA had just started and everyone was a newbie. Heh~ I'm planning on writing about the BETA every now and then for those of you who didn't get in. As for this post, I'm going to talk about the controls. Feel free to share your thoughts. Ergo Proxy: Episode 02

We left off with Re-l passing when she was attacked by a Proxy. This episode starts with here being shown pictures of immigrants from Mosque, a city outside of Romdo. Re-l insist that her attacker was not a human, but a monster; obviously, nobody believes her. She's been relieved from her duties until she get a psychiatric examination, as they believe she's suffering from post-shock trauma. She asks them to check the evidence in her house and the surveillance cameras, but apparently they were all clean. She realizes that this is a conspiracy and that the Security Bureau has erased all the evidence about those monsters that attacked her. They even erased Iggy's memories about that incident. Forcibly, she agrees to get an examination, so she can continue her work. Her doctor is the Chief physician of Romdo City, Daedalus. While getting examined, Re-l realizes that Daedalus is under her grandfather's influence as well.
