So my PC went crazy a few weeks ago and decided to show me the blue screen of death. Everything I did would result in the blue screen, so I decided to reinstall XP.
But that plan went down the drain when I got different errors including the blue screen WHILE installing XP! How the hell does that happen! I thought maybe my CD is scratched, so I tried installing Ubuntu, but that didn’t work either.
Finally, after visiting thousands of forums using my PS3 (who would have thought the browser would come in handy!), I realized one of my RAMs is dead. So I took that sucker out and viola! Everything is back to normal… that is, after I actually finished reinstalling XP and Ubuntu. One good thing came out of this whole incident: I got a new 300 GB HDD!
Have you had a craptasticly annoying experience with your computer?

I don’t think anyone will vote for that second option - the closest I’ve had to an actual BOOM was a pop and a cloud of smoke from the psu.
Nice site BTW.
