Pino explores the mysterious Smile Land, and confronts the Creator of the city.

This was the last crazy episode of Ergo Proxy. The climax and the conclusion episodes are coming up after this! Only four more episodes to go!

This episode was taken place in Pino’s dream. I’m not gonna summarize it because it’s too crazy, but basically, another Proxy invades Pino’s dream in order to find Vincent’s (or I should say Ergo Proxy’s) weakness. Couple of interesting in this episode: one, Pino is having a dream! An AutoReiv is having a dream! This shows how the Cogito virus affects them. The other thing was the during this episode, Pino is introduced to Raison d’être or “reason to live” through the characters in her dream who question their existence.

So Pino confronts the Proxy in her dream and he asks Pino to stop Vincent from coming to his dome or else everybody in his city will die. Pino wakes up from her dream and sees Vincent is going towards that dome. She begs him not to go bad Vincent listens.
