Ergo Proxy: Episode 16
When winds die out, the trio are stranded aboard the Centzon and Re-l finds herself struggling to hold on to her sanity.
This is the last episode of volume four; and just like the previous two episodes, I’m not gonna bother summarizing it because nothing happens. Literally. Nothing happens! And yet, this is one of my favorite episodes!
Vincent, Re-l, and Pino are stranded in the middle of nowhere because there are no winds to power up their wind-powered ship! This episode basically covers their daily lives, mostly Re-l’s, as they’re waiting for the weather to change.
Throughout the episode, Re-l is angry. She’s having a hard time controlling her sanity. She’s constantly criticizing and nagging at Vincent over simple matters. By the end of the episode, however, she’s a changed person as we’re about to reach the climax of the story in the next few episodes.

i really didn’t like Re-l’s character very much from the beginning. with how her character acted in this episode kinda won me over though, lol. you get to see her character go though a change being out of the dome city and i guess for me that’s where the charm in her character is.

Hey Jay! I didn’t know you watched Ergo Proxy.
Yeah, Re-l seemed such a b!tch through out this episode (and the previous episodes as well), but she’s becoming more likeable as we get closer to the end.
Hehe, there were times I felt sorry for Iggy and Vincent.
