Vincent finds a strange book store and an even stranger old man, where he discovers more about his true nature. Meanwhile, Re-l and Iggy catch up to them.
This was a crazy episode. A lot of stuff happens, but it all happens in Vincent’s head. The only thing you should know after watching this episode is that Vincent realizes that he’s Ergo Proxy. There, finally we know the truth.
Episode starts with Vincent looking for Pino when he finds a bookstore. The owner is an old guy who invites Vincent to a cup of tea (no, he’s not British). He then offers Vincent to take a look at one of the book; Vincent obeys and picks a random book from one of the shelves… the title of that book: Vincent Law. When Vincent realizes that, the old guy snaps his fingure and time stops. The old dude then starts talking some philosophical stuff that I’m not gonna mention here. It was pretty interesting though.
Anywho, all the books in this bookstore are titled Vincent Law. Apparently, they’re inside Vincent’s head; we learn this by watching Vincent remember all the stuff that has happned to him in the previous episodes. However, all the character’s faces were replaced with Ergo Proxy’s face (mask?). It was fun to watch every character get Ergo Proxy makeup. Pino looked kinda scary though~
Episode ends with Vincent realizing the truth that he is Ergo Proxy. Oh, and Re-l and Iggy finally caught up with them.
