Sigs and Avatars - Sig dimensions should be no more than 500px in width and 150px in height (500*150 pixels). Avatars have a limit of 200px in width and 320px in height (200*320 pixels). Please refer to this post.

There are exceptions. Please read this post for more information.

To add photos to your signature, please read this guide.


You will receive a warning for breaking these rules. Five warnings will result in a temporary ban. Enough temporary bans will result in a permanent banning.

Flaming - Intelligent discussions are fine -- even heated ones. Flaming, however, is strictly prohibited. Offending another member with comments regarding race, nationality, sexuality, different point of view, belief, or anything else that would offend that user will not be tolerated. You have the right to be who you are as long as you're not depriving someone of theirs. If you know that something is going to offend someone, use your better judgment.

Profanity - Please refrain from excessive use of profanity.

Double-Posting - There is absolutely no double-posting. If you have more you'd like to add, use the EDIT button. There are two exception to this rule. One, if you want to show your artwork (or write a very long post), but posting restriction limits you to 5 attachment (or 10,000 characters) per post. In this case, double-posting is fine. The other exception would be updating your own journals in Dear Foxkei thread.

Spamming - Posting just to boost your post count and derailing threads for no apparent reason is prohibited. If you have nothing more than a word or two to add, just don't post. Quoting someone and adding smiles or saying "LOL," "Quoted for truth," or anything of that nature is considered spamming. Posting nothing but smiles is also prohibited.

Creating repetitive topics is a form of spam. Your topics will get locked, but it won't result in a warning unless you make a habit out of it.

Etiquette - "l33t speak" is not tolerated. Using IM-based shortcuts, Caps Lock cruise-control, all bold, or all italics letters is not tolerated. This is a forum; you have time to use or learn to use correct, comprehensible grammar and punctuation.

Piracy and Illegal Material - Do not ask, beg, share, discuss, or post links about copyrighted and/or illegal sites, torrents, "warez," or any other material of this nature.

Spoilers - Give proper spoiler warning when presenting leaked information or spoilers.

Moderation - You will respect moderators and heed any and all commands a moderator may give you regarding your posts and posting habits.



You will be temp banned for violating the following rules. Enough temp bans will result in permanent ban.

Pornographic Material - Links to pornographic sites and material is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, links to porn sites, porn-related material, hentai, websites with obscene pop-ups and pornographic banners, pornographic images, and nudity in your avatar and signature.

If you have a piece of art or literary work with questionable material to post, run it by a mod first. If it's cleared, be sure to post a warning or tag it as NSFW [Not Safe for Work].

Multiple Accounts - Do not create alternative accounts. We will find out and you will be banned. If you'd like to change your username, PM a mod or the site admin.

Advertising - Advertising for another site (whether it’s yours or not) by creating topics, advertising through posting, or sending spam through PMs will result in a temp ban.

There are some exceptions to this rule. For example, you are allowed to have links to your site through your signature. Or if someone asks for Photoshop plugins, and you offer those on your site, you can link them.



You will be permanently banned for violating the following rules.

Obscene Material - Do not post anything that can be considered offensive by users. This includes "shock-sites," disgusting images, videos, or any other filth of the Internet.
