So you spend a lot of time on Foxkei, do you? You think you know the community pretty well, do you? Are you sure about that? Are you suuuuure about that? Time to put your knowledge to the test with the second edition of "How well do you know Foxkei?"

For those of you who weren't around for the first game, here's how it works. Sometime between now and next Saturday (May 23rd), I need as many people as possible to send a message to my inbox. In this message, I want you to share one zany, quirky, unusual, off-the-wall, or little-known fact about yourself. Then, once all the facts are gathered, I post them all in a list and everyone has to guess which fact pertains to which Foxkei member -- you know, a mix-and-match type deal. Needless to say, it's pretty neat to learn so many new things about the people here that you never would have known otherwise.

Heiae easily won the first edition when we held it last year, but with so many new members joining between then and now, it's anyone's game.

When you send in a fact, make sure it's something that isn't public knowledge to everyone here (that would make the game rather boring if we already knew the answers). Simply pick something we might not know about you and tell me about it in a PM. You have a full week to submit a fact, so don't dilly-dally too long!

Alrighty then, let's get this party started. The facts are in, so now it's time to learn a few interesting things about our colleagues that we never knew before. A few things to keep in mind before you begin:

• I made slight edits to some of the facts just to make them easier to read and to remove certain writing quirks that would have made them way too easy to identify (Alucard's ellipses, for example).

• I shuffled the facts around so the order wouldn't be so conspicuous. In other words, the facts that were sent in early aren't necessarily at the top of the list and the facts that were sent in late aren't necessarily at the bottom of the list.

I just wrote the longest, angriest post ever in my life. It started off apolegetically, became incredibly angry, and now I'm just tired. I'm going to give it a few days and see how I feel before I post it or not. But I give you this, I apologize for whatever I've done, and I think people misinterpret me on here, take whatever I say with a grain of salt. I can't handle the argueing anymore, it ends or I leave. That's really putting the aforementioned post bluntly, you guys don't understand how stressed I've been lately, and when I come on here I forget everything and just joke around and have fun. Get that? don't come on here to antagonize or get into these retarded arguements, I come to laugh and chat and relax. But when someone attacks me verbally like that, honest to god I just can't handle it right now. It needs to stop. First off, nobody is "attacking you verbally," "antagonizing you," or "giving you shit." You're overreacting. Calm down.

Now then, Rob, there's something that we need to make clear: this is not just a case of everybody on Foxkei misunderstanding your sense of humor. You act like you come here and joke around and everyone just hates you for some reason. You act like everybody is ganging up on you just for the hell of it. That's not it at all. The truth is that you rub people the wrong way. It's not everyone else -- it's you. You just seem to have a knack for getting on people's nerves. And no, I'm not the only one who feels this way; I've had several other members express similar feelings regarding your behavior.

The fact of the matter is that you're the one who does the antagonizing most of the time. You're the one who is ruffling all the feathers. And while you do sometimes make an effort to apologize, most of time it happens after feelings have been hurt. Don't start an argument if you can't finish it.

Basically, I'm trying to tell you that you need to be more prudent. Don't just post whatever the hell you feel like without considering whether it's smart to do so. Show a little consideration for other people's feelings. Stop and think, "Now will they take this the wrong way?" before clicking the Submit button. Use a little common sense and don't post anything that seems likely to start an argument. If you do that, you might just find yourself in fewer verbal spats.

If you want to interpret this response as "fucking with you" and choose to leave Foxkei forever, so be it. I'm just trying to set you straight and let you know that your view of this community is incorrect. How is it...that I can fight with Richard about...well...everything. But still I consider him one of my closest pals around here? It's quite simple...I never cross any lines like that...and when Richard says something to me...I don't take it so personally. I can argue forever...because as egotistical as this sounds...other peoples opinions of me...generally mean very little to me. Adopt a similar philosophy and you'll be much happier. (And you can publically watch the girliest anime you can find...and people's barbs will not phase you...)

I think Heiae is the only person I've seen get away with any insult, whenever he wants. Because he's never serious.

And there's ways to lighten up posts. I have two simple ones I use all the time.
I love how such small things can totally change the average interpretation of things.

I'm the one who invited Robo here and he's a good guy. I've known him through out our Metal Gear Board adventures on the 1up boards and he's one of the nicest guys I know from there (that's saying a lot).

That being said, Robo, if you really don't feel welcome here by others, there's nothing I can do about it. It's just the way it is. Can't change the environment.

But I will tell you that MGB over at 1up is kicking again and you might want to consider posting around there again. Other than here, MGB is the only place I post somewhat regularly.

Everyone gets stressed out. I've had my temper tantrums as well, and I find the best thing to do is just leave the place for a while, or for good.

I'm not back just yet. I've been over my little hissy fit for awhile now, and I want to apologize, I was seriously stressing about a lot of stuff at the time.

Still busy, finals all this week, I have to write my Junior Paper tonight and prepare some rough ideas for the essay on my final tomorrow, while dealing with a bunch of other shit. In fact I asked out a friend of mine today, and you know what? I got rejected. But I'm actually a lot happier now having asked, I've liked her for awhile now but been too chicken shit to ask her out. But I think just asking kind of released me from the stress involved with that, and let me tell you there was a lot. We're still kewl and nothing's changed between us.

In terms of how I post I really must be more conscious of how what I'm writing is going to appear to you guys. But I stand by this one thing: "Shut your bitch whore mouth" is one of the most ridiculous things anyone could say and you guys really shouldn't have thought that one was serious, lmao. XD

But yeah, I've got a lot less stress, I'm happier than I have been in awhile, and I'd like to apologize for my overreaction and any accusations I may have made. I didn't mean what I said and I plan on trying to be more conscientus (sp?) of what it is I'm typing. But yeah, if you guys ever read something I've written and you think I'm offending you or stirring up trouble talk to me about it, I probably was either being sarcastic or typed something without thinking of how it could be interpreted.
