This question was posed to me

It should be a simple answer.

At where I'm working for the summer, some stuff is on Excel.

All the person is trying to do is copy and paste one sheet of work exactly the same to the next [ie: with the rows and columns space out as well.]

Anyone know how to do this properly?

For copying a column:

Select the boxes in the column you want (hold SHIFT) and copy it (CTRL + C). In this example A10 to A17.

Then go to an empty column and paste it (CTRL + V). In this example, if you click on C10 and CTRL + V, boxes C10-C17 will be filled with data from A10-A17.

As for the width, you gotta do them manually. Red arrows show you how to batch resize the columns.

Can't you import a sheet over from from one Excel project. Also, by readjusting the column just highlight all of them and double click on one of the end lines of a column to get auto adjustment.
