I would normally be against this, as, clearly, one thing that has been proven by the test of time is that live action and video games, clearly, is a poor marriage.

...But the thought of a live action King does make me kinda giddy.

Kyokushin Karate is the shit. I also identify with his fighting style more since I've studied that particular art myself.

EDIT: I don't see any reason for them to limit themselves to the characters of only the first two Tekken games.

Chances are more people played the newer ones than those first two.

Jin's a fan favorite, so that's what they're playing toward. Not the greatest Tekken character by any stretch, but he's cool, so fuck it.

I'll second KomodoAce's like for Jin's upgraded fighting style in Tekken 5, though. He became one of my faves in that game.

I hope Asuka is in the movie.

Yeah, King was pretty rockin'! Aside from being devistating, he just rocked. There was that whole thing with him and the more obscure Metal King? And they were all luchadores fighting for orphanages? And they're all connected to each other in this twisted little story? COME ON! That's awesome.
