Weather it be you 3 inch black and white TV or your Apple II or your 42 inch OLED TV that you just spent ten grand on.

Here's mine.

A 50" 1080p Plasma along with the makeshift TV stand (got the TV rather recently). You can see a bit of the 360 in the bottom corner along with the PS2. There is a Sony 5.1 receiver there too. Which are all on the floor until we find a cabinet to put them in (the TV is going on the wall, of course). We may actually end up making or own cabinet. There is not much for good stuff out there.

...The walls really are blue.

Oh, I figured out why it's mono you don't have the red cable plugged in. You have to have the red and the white to get stereo. Your welcome.

Umbrae

To clean up dust (works really great if you want to clean inside of your computer and your keyboard).

Oh, I figured out why it's mono you don't have the red cable plugged in. You have to have the red and the white to get stereo. Your welcome.
Thanks, but you're wrong.

It's mono because there is only one speaker inside the TV which plays the left channel.

I guess I'm even more of a geek, cause I will take something apart and then clean it. Keyboards get nasty and a bit of air wont get rid of it. You got to take all the keys out one by one and clean them. I'm lazy so I only do that maybe every six months.

Oh, so you don't even have the red plug? I really just figured you had only one speaker but you would have both plugs so you would at least hear both channels off one speaker. You may not hear a lot with out the right channel. My mistake. Well, at least you got some nice 5.1 headphones. In ways that's the best way to listen. A lot more immersive I think.

You should get a Y adapter for your tv. That's what I used when I had my old VCR for the longest time.

Nice place. I like the little wall-box thing going on with your TV.

It's in my basement. The room use to be more or less a room to throw shit in, and is really the only "finished" part of our basement. Where the TV is sitting, is actually where a desk was at one time.

After we took the desk out, it seemed like the perfect place to put everything.

If you notice those shelves on the side, I have 1.5 of 3 of those shelves filled with just Playstation genre games.

Probably. I decorated the room back in like......2002-03.....never changed anything. I just wanted to hid some of the brown that was from the 70's, haha.

Anyways, you can't see one of the best posters I have in that room.

It's the Gamepro: Marvel vs. Capcom 2 poster. Showcases Wolverine vs. Akuma, with every other character in the game in the background.

i could put them in certain posses but some of the body parts are so stiff. i feel like i will break them. i already broke Vaan's and Auron's original weapons at the hilt. i need super glue. i like to keep my stuff organized, it's easier for me to find which game i will need.

the 2 ps2's? they are both modded, and i just keep them around cuz if eventually i finish all my original non copied games i will use the other 2.

Books. That big thing on the bottom shelf is the six-volume set of Marcel Proust's In Search of Lost Time, which I had to read last semester. The box in the lower-right is like my recycle bin. I chuck all my glass, plastic, and aluminum bottles/cans in there and empty it when it gets full. Captain Planet would be so proud.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v512/SnakeEyez8/My%20Rig/40600043.jpg
Top shelf. Full of books. Act surprised.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v512/SnakeEyez8/My%20Rig/40600041.jpg

The only time I'm ever in the bedroom is when I'm sleeping. If I had the space to put my bed in the living room, I'd probably just sleep out here. Seriously, I never do anything in there because all my stuff is out here in the living room.

I will never sleep in that bed.

Not voluntarily, at least. Hey, you thirsty? I can get you a...drink or something if you want.

Damn. Tried to bring out your surname in GIMP but the flash reflection is just too bright, it's pure white. I did make out what I think the beginning of either an 'm' or 'n' after 'Fra' though :/

That and the probable amount of letter afterwards narrows it down to around fifty something possibilities from a US surname search.

Yeah, I'm bored...

P.S. Wouldn't reveal it if I had found it, just messing around :)

My pc, it's open because there's no good airflow in my bedroom. There's the router and I also have a wireless-n AP, but that's in another room...

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/012.jpg
Seriously.

So hey? Who wants to tour my bedroom?

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1050.jpg
Besides the ladies?...and General Grievous over there.

TV and Video Games:
http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1041.jpg

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1045.jpg

So here's the rig. As you can see, here's my 360, Wii and PS2 and corresponding collections. As well as some my DVDS and all my VHS. Because I roll old school.

Some interesting notes. My DVD collection is actually pretty big. But the rest of them are actually across from TV in another tiny shelf.

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1061.jpg

Another note of interest is what my systems are all standing on. No, they're not on the carpet. I'm stupid, but not that stupid. They're actually on a Darkstalkers arcade cabinet top that I got as a birthday gift from my brother.

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1060.jpg

I have another one as well of X-Men vs. Street Fighter. Of course, I would actually be hanging this one if I had a means to do so. Or if I could get it framed. But for now, it'll just need to sit on the floor.

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1059.jpg

Computer Desk:
http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1047.jpg

Bam. "Computer Desk".

It also has my DS games and my Gamecube games

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1049.jpg

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1046.jpg

Bookshelf and Wall Scroll:

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1052.jpg

And behind the geek door...lies my closet!

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1053.jpg

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1058.jpg

Notes of interest? Well, as you can see, I gotta Metal Slug 7, Penny Arcade and Love Hina posters up and about, as well as my Vandread wallscroll. I tried to put up my Super Mario Galaxy and One Piece wallscrolls, but I didn't have tape or enough hooks and the Mario poster refuses to cooperate. Urk. I got that Scott Pilgrim vs. The World poster at the movie, but I've yet to put it up.

My book shelf goes in this order. Manga and manga-esque books, my religious books and Bible on the middle shelf, and novels all below that. My graphic novels and players guide have nowhere to go, so they sit on the top shelf of my closet. Balancing the room between my geeky stuff, books and clothes is a bit of a challenge...but I make it work. My comic books are in a box by my dresser.

Figurines:

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1051.jpg

So, atop my dresser and on my "computer desk, I keep a few of my figures and other nerdy trinkets. Care to name 'em all?

But that's not nearly everything, oh no. Actually, the majority of my figures, novels, comics and posters and wallscrolls are actually all down here, in the basement.

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/100_1062.jpg

... Va...cuum?

What is this...Vaccum?

In all seriousness, actually it's really not that bad. The majority of my floor is actually quite clear. It's just problematic in a few areas, primarily near the entertainment center itself.

But thank you sir!

Unpack your nerdy trinkets! Don't fear Nosferatu!

Actually, I think it's the Devil. Or just a demon. He's the demon from The Exorcist, either way.

Anyway, even if he wasn't waiting to eat out my innards with a spoon and make me watch...

http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp332/NintendoFB19/exorcistface.jpg

SWEET MERCIFUL CRAP!

At least close your eyes or something dude! JEEZ!

...There's the very simple fact that I have no real space to put it all. Even if I wanted to go for broke (which, by the way, until I can get a full room to dedicate just to my nerd stuff, I don't, because nothing is bigger girl repellent in most instances then your entire living area being lined with TOYS), there's just simply no room. It would get to the point where I simply couldn't walk or stand anywhere because the floor would be littered with garbage.

Oh god he double posted!

Well you've seen a lot of my room previously so I didn't take a ton of pictures of it, mostly of stuff that's changed and stuff that is new. I apologize for the crappy camera. So here we are:

Computer (Where all this Foxkei action occurs)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Computer.jpg
The case is the same but most of the internal hardware is completely new. (The death of my old Motherboard required replacement of pretty much EVERYTHING ELSE as a result) But the Graphics card and Power supply are still old. But now my monitor is rolling south....that's fantastic.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Computershelf.jpg
There are a few new toys up above though (And a Nintendo calender) For example, Donatello! And:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Canary.jpg
Dinah Laurel Lance. (The Black Canary) This little thing is lead cast and as such, it is recommended that I wash my hands after touching it. But it was like $14 and there is a ton of these to get. (They made one for like every silly little Marvel and DC character. I want Jubilee!)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/PeachCraig.jpg
Above the computer desk Daniel Craig holds watch...apparently up Princess Peach's dress. (That Peach poster was like $3 and it's one of the bigger conversation pieces in here for some reason)
Onward to a newly placed shelf (To make room for a new thing or two)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Yunashelf.jpg
Most of this stuff you should recognize, but new to the pile is Masane over there in back.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Masane.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Masaneface.jpg
Detailed ain't she?
And there is a little corner shelf on the side of that one.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Cornershefl.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Wolverinestatue.jpg
Wolvie here...is likely THE MOST EXPENSIVE non-electronic thing in the room. It's a Bowen Designs Museum statue, numbered 821 of 1500. And looking around online...the cheapest I could find one was for $175 but standard price runs around $200. But it's classic Brown and Yellow Wolverine. The best kind. Behind him is Thanos of course...everyone likes Thanos.
Now my TV shelf is largely unchanged...except for the TV. (My old silver one died...and has been replaced with a much better one. 26 inch Olevia to a 32 inch Sony Bravia.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/TV.jpg
Now...it wasn't on purpose...but it's great that the picture happened to snap when Steve Carell had opened a plastic vagina. But look at the HD! The camera I used sucked noodles...and that still looks GREAT. See Daria on the base there? My semi-regular watchin DVD for dinner. But what is that up top?
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Topshelf.jpg
The new stuff up here? That creepily detailed Wolverine bobblehead. Seriously...that thing is sculpted too well for a damn bobblehead. Also new is:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/HitGirl.jpg
Hit Girl! Stupid blurry camera ruined her. She looks awesome! I swear.
To my greatly expanded Comic book chest!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Chest.jpg
Now this is the chest you may remember, but it looks emptier! Well I've sorted some things...because I have too many comics to fit in there. The first row there, is the DC row. The two right rows are the Marvel section. Next to the chest is a cardboard longbox...that has Image/Misc. And on the circular latch on the chest door:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/WonderWomanbutton.jpg
She fits no? Vintage drawing too. Speaking of Wonder Woman, she makes up near HALF of that DC pile:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/WonderWomanpile.jpg
When I like something I go all out....what can I say....
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Wolverines.jpg
About half of my Marvel section is Wolverine. These are just some highlights.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Number1s.jpg
Some other number ones...and Spawn #2...because it's one of my most favorite covers.
But my most recent acquisitions?
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/YearOne.jpg
Batman #404-#407. A.K.A. "Batman: Year One" Even better? I got all four for $20. Now according to my research...#404 ALONE is worth $15 in FINE condition. These are better then that. They aren't MINT but somewhere in the realm of VF-VF+ I figure. So I scored HUGE. Now I just have to meet Frank Miller...make him sign em. Wouldn't that be something?
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Kodocha.jpg
And an oddity. THESE were hard to find. Not expensive...just rare. I had to check for 2 weeks until #5 popped up on ebay.
Now some odds and ends.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/DVD.jpg
DVD shelf! Everyone remember my Vader standee? Well it was falling apart, seeing critical support failures all over. So I detached Vader himself and chucked the rest. He now sits McGuyvered to this shelf. For someone who doesn't watch a lot of movies...I sure have a ton of them.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Games.jpg
Quick shot of my game shelf. Which hasn't changed much except for the arrangement.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/G-Prime/Room2/Kickass.jpg
The Vader standee has been replaced though...by Kick-Ass. Nothing is on the shelf though.

Have fun? Again...sorry about the crappy camera. Only one I could get my hands on...

That's a Boltz DVD stand (http://boltz.com/Multimedia-DVD-CD-Floor-Rack-Shelving-MM-252.html). It's pretty pricey, but Boltz had it on sale for $200 with free shipping when I bought mine. It's 2 feet wide, with 7 tiers...each one can hold up to 38 DVD cases (39 without a divider) and pretty much anything else that can fit in between the tiers.

Old Stuff:That's too rich for my blood. I'll have to go to Target and find the cheap Taiwanese made ripoff version. It will be missing a few screws and the directions will be backwards and mistranslated, but I'll figure it out. Cause that is pretty snazzy.
