Heh, I guess I should have clarified exactly what I was asking. Although both Alucard and Heiae-Man were correct (canonically speaking), I was actually asking chronologically. See, in the old Castlevania games, (Castlevania through Super Castlevania IV), it was actually called the Mystic Whip. But yes, before it was called Vampire Killer, it was called the Whip of Alchemy. That sir is Rick the Hamster, first originated in Kirby's Dreamland 2 for the Nintendo Gameboy. He's one of Kirby's pals and is the only one with good traction on ice.
