Dear FoxKei,

A few months ago, 2 stray cats showed up in my neighborhood. They were much too friendly to be random wild cats. Someone had dropped them off for whatever reason(s). One was orange and one was a dark gray pattern. Well, I'm highly allergic to cats so the most I could do for them was give them some food. In turn, I got in trouble because although my mother likes cats, our dog is blind and she doesn't want them to hurt her or make our house smell like pee.

I ended up leaving them alone because our neighbors across the street leave their garage door cracked for them in addition to leaving food out for them.

Last night I let my dog outside to use the bathroom. There are windows on either side of the door so I can see everything from inside my house. I ran upstairs to get something and when I came back, I saw my Deogie pressed up against the window and two huge dogs were sitting in my lawn.

I don't know where they came from (after further observation, it would appear that they too were dropped off) but I was scared as hell. I let my dog in as quickly as I could without bothering them.

I realized that they neither attacked or barked. I went out to play pool and they were still outside so I gave them each a dog treat. On my way back from playing pool, I stopped at the grocery store to get them some food. I found them digging in someones garbage after entering my neighborhood. I lured them back to my house and fed them about 4 small bowls of food each, lol.

I'm allergic to dogs too (they're pretty hairy so I can't really play with them or take them inside). I wish I had a fence in my backyard so we could keep them as outdoor dogs. :( Well, I'm at school now and I saw/fed them right before I left. I also managed to get a couple pictures with my teeny tiny phone. Anyone know what kind of dogs they are? They look young so I think they're prob. going to get bigger. Just like the 2 cats, one is brown and one is black. You'd think this was Noah's Arc or something.

GOOD GOD!!! those dogs are getting me all giddy!!!

It makes me sad to think of stray dogs left by owners...I almost tear up whenever I see those pet adoption commercials.

What's a "deogie"?

LadyFox

Deogie is the name of my dog. Spell DOG out loud. Also, more pictures from my doggie photoshoot last night. :D I don't want them to go to the pound. :'( People aren't going to want them because they're so big.

I don't mean to double post, but it just so happened that I stepped in some CHIT last night. =_= I couldn't see the dogs when I was taking the pictures because it was pitch black, but it would seem that after reviewing the pictures I now know where it came from.

If I could keep a dog, I'd take the brown one.

Everyone thinks the Black one is the cutest one but I think they're both really cute. The Black one is more trusting than the brown one. The brown one won't let me touch him. He/She has something around it's neck. I don't think it's a collar but I can't get close enough to take it off. Maybe a wire or something. They'll both lick me but when I reach to pet the brown one, it runs. Also, if I put food down for it in a bowl, it takes the whole bowl and moves back with it whereas the black one is like "Whats Gooood" and comes running. :D

If it runs away whenever you try to touch it, that probably means it was abused in the past. That poor dog....

If only I was allowed to get dogs I'd get both.

The world needs more people like you. :( You need a lot of money to take care of them and feed them. I got home from work about 9:20 and I was teaching them to sit outside my house. IT WAS SO CUTE! The brown finally let me touch it and it rolled over on it's back. I rubbed it's belly! It was just too cute. ^_^ I'm sorry I couldn't take a picture as I was rubbing. I guess I'm gonna have to call the dog catcher because I don't want something to happen to them. Maybe I can keep track of them. We'll see what happens.

Did you find out what was around its neck?

LadyFox

It was a collar! Now, it's all I have left!!! They took my dogs away yesterday. :usagi_53:
I did spend some quality time with them the night before. I attempted to teach them how to sit. I also got to play with the brown one. It was sooo cute because when she, it's a girl, finally let me pet her, she fell over and put her paws up in the air so I could rub her belly. I'm sad. I don't know where they are now.

Read from bottom to top. :neko_041:

Unfortunately we cannot give out the names of the adopters. They were adopted separately. Thanks for caring.

Already? Wow... Is there anyway for me to possibly visit them and write a story? There are so many pet shelters who abuse the animals they pick up. From what I've read and heard about you guys, you seem to really about the pets you take in. Were they adopted together or separately? They're wouldn't go anywhere without each other when they were around here. :)

Good Evening,

My name is 'Fox'. Last week, two stray dogs showed up in my neighborhood where they remained for a few days before they were taken away by a dog catcher. I'm unaware of which dog center has them now and I'd like to find them so I can check up on them and hopefully help them find a good home. One was a black Rottweiler mix and the other was light brown but I'm not sure what breed she was. I took a bunch of pictures of them. I was typically either at school or work so when I got home and saw them, so it was always late at night and there were no places open for me to call. I wasn't around when the catcher was finally able to get them.

My address is ----. I believe they were picked up around this time last week. I've attached some pictures of them for reference. If you happen to have these two dogs at your center, please let me know so I can come visit them.

Thanks!
'Fox'

I want a fat Welsh Corgie, not really fat just a little pot-bellied, no prizes for guessing what I'd name him.

For that you now have to give me a prize for putting up with your nonsense, it should have a little man on top bowling, and on the plaque it shall read, to remove plaque, brush twice daily.

Haha.

I want a Beagle, to be named "Kingsley."

I like the name Kingsly. I question whether or not the doggies were really adopted or put to sleep... I don't trust a lot of these places. They claim the dogs are dead and use them in dog fights. I really hope that's not the case for my bebes. :'( Sux because my friend who could have taken them both home just came back from Cali. and I could have gotten to see them again.

Also, I read over my last e-mail and that was grammar horror central. I don't know what the hell happened there. I must have been tired...

The black one looks like my first dog, Cristobal.

He died from being so fuckin' fat. We gave him to my mom's boss, who owns a Mexican Restaurant. He would feed the damn dog burritos every day. That was almost 17 years ago...
