To be honest, I don't want to see MGS5 "westernized". MGS would just be another military shooter without the funky, sometimes weird, Japanese stuff in it.

If I wanted to play Gears of War, I'll play Gears of War. I just hope Kojima does the right thing and balances it out correctly.

I don't want to see MGS' reputation tarnished by a bad installment.

I'm a little excited... but nervous at the same time.

I'm glad it's coming to the 360, as I loath the idea of getting a sony box, But I don't want it "dumbed down" for the west.

The japanese quirks were what made the game genuinely funny, if not in an absurd way...

And yes, super long cutscenes are a bit ridiculous, but I still want a good MGS plot.

Kojima himself didn't say anything about it being on the Wii or the 360. He didn't say anything about the cut-scenes or the plot. He didn't say any of that. All of that was speculation on that site's part.

He may have not even been thinking about MGS at all when he was talking.

Speculation sure is fun, isn't it? Don't read the article wrong and get your panties in a tizzy. The bolded stuff is just speculative on the site's part.

They have finished Solid Snake's saga, so now it will be a different story and settings.

Hopefully, this time around, they write the story as a sequel.
