View Full Version : FML! (Need PS3 help)

My PS3 gave me an error saying that the trophy data wouldn't initialize for disgaea 3. And now I can't sign into PSN anymore on it. I wouldn't really care TOO much, except that disgaea 3 error means that I can't play the game I've already sunk 40 hours into.

Does ANYONE have ANY idea how I could fix this? I've already deleted the save data (after backing it up to a flash drive) and the system data, and reinstalled two or three times. The last time I tried, there was an error with the download in the middle of it. I don't know what to do...

...wait...why can't you play Disgaea 3...a single player RPG without signing into PSN?

I looked up the error message and all I could find was some call of duty WAW thing saying that a similar message popped up and the guy couldn't sign into psn. Though that had absolutely nothing to do with this, I wanted to see if I could out of curiosity. I included that information in case it would help.

Yeah, everyone without a slim can't play ANYTHING except demos right now. I am so pissed off. I wanted to play Demon's Souls.

It is fantastic. It's.. so different than games made nowadays. So.. intricate.. and very, very hard!

Though I'm not worried...I wasn't using my PS3 right now anyway. It's all Wii and PS1 right now...As long as we are fixed by March 9th!

Fix get. It was the calendar, of course.

Now I can't lord my slimmyness over anyone. Fun while it lasted.

Mine was acting up yesterday and wouldn't let us sign on, but it was working fine by the time I got off work..
