Went to Sony’s Uncharted 2 Cinema Event in San Francisco on Tuesday. Wasn’t expecting anything big, but Naughty Dog and Sony were kind enough to give everybody who attended that show a free copy of the game a week before its release. A vey nice surprise.
Paid $16 for the tickets and got a $60 game plus some other goodies. Also got to compete in the little tournament they had set up (winners got Limited Edition copy). Oh, and the lead developer and game director were there. They played and narrated through a few never-before-seen levels. Overall, a lovely experience. I’m glad I went.
