Star Wars: The Clone Wars [User Review]

Star Wars: The Clone Wars does more wrong than it does right. Unlike the original Clone Wars animated series, which had a broad appeal, this iteration is pining to a younger crowd. Within the first thirty seconds of the movie this point was shoved directly in my face – the opening sequence.

Gotham Knight [User Review]

Gotham Knight is an animated feature created to help bridge the gap between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, but it fails to do so. It does manage to be pretty entertaining to a Batman fan, however. Despite DC seemingly downplaying the Japanese studios’ role in animating the feature, the shorts are animated by different, prominent animation studios from Japan.

Gurren Lagann [User Review]

Last year an amazing thing ended. It had started in April and it ended in September. Arguably the finest animation project that Gainax had ever crafted, and one show that is sure to go down in history as a landmark in the anime industry, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. If you haven’t seen it, don’t even waste your time here. Go watch it. Now.
