I’d say it’s about time I got a Mac (or a laptop, I should say). Glad I get employee discount, ’cause even though I worked my ass off this summer, there is no way I could have afford the full-price of this baby. Specs and pictures after the jump.
So I’m addicted to this show called Tekzilla (part of Revision3). It’s a tech show hosted by Veronica Belmont (PS3 owners know her as the host of Qore episodes) and Patrick Norton. Very entertaining and educational if you’re geeky. Embeded episode 314 after the jump.

We were talking about this on the forums, so I decided to make a blog about it. What program do you use to listen to your musics? There are a lot of players available, but the two that I’d recommend are Winamp and iTunes. Let’s take a look at different features they offer.
Firefox 3.0 RC1 was released a couple of weeks ago, so I switched… so far, me likie. There are a lot of new features, but I’ll only mention the top two I really liked and noticed the most. Before we start, if you’re planning on upgrading, make sure you backup all your bookmarks, passwords, etc. Some of the plugins are not compatible with FF 3.0 RC1. Keep in mind that this release is called RC1 (Release Candidate 1) because it’s still considered to be in beta phase. However, I’ve been using it for two weeks now and I had no problems so far (or when upgrading). You can download it here.
XNeat Windows Manager is a small application that adds a lot of functions to your taskbar, toolbar, and right-click context menus. For example, you can right-click on any windows and change it’s transparency; minimize it to taskbar, or hide it.
So I’m going to introduce two new category (“downloads” and “software”) where I either introduce a new free software (usually open-source or free), or I zip a bunch of stuff and upload it here so you guys can download it (MGS artbook, anyone?). Leave comments if you’re interested.
So without further ado, here’s the first “software” blog: Direct Folders.
So my PC went crazy a few weeks ago and decided to show me the blue screen of death. Everything I did would result in the blue screen, so I decided to reinstall XP.
